Chien founded Caduceus Financial & Insurance Services after his mother-in-law, a 28 year OR Nurse, introduced him to a group of Physicians and Nurses at a prominent hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He found that the common theme among his clients were they were often unprepared for retirement or were overwhelmed by the amount of financial information available. Through his strategies he was able to help his clients better prepare for retirement by focusing on reducing risk and taxes.*
Chien is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional with an MBA, based in Roseville, CA. With over two decades of experience in the financial industry since 2000, Chien specializes in holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk management. He is a featured speaker and works with employees at leading tech and biotech companies, sharing his expertise with industry professionals.
Outside of work, Chien loves to travel, ski, golf, and mountain bike. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Cameron is a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Cameron understands the importance of listening to his client’s goals and desires to create a comprehensive plan tailored to those individual needs. He focuses on working with select families in the areas of tax-favored investing *, retirement income planning, asset management, and insurance.
Cameron graduated from California State University, Sacramento with his Bachelor’s in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning. He also acquired his Minor in Risk Management and Insurance. Additionally, Cameron is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and a Wealth Management Certified Professional®.
Cameron is an active member in his community. Cameron served as a Board Member for Rising Sun Montessori School from 2017-2024. In addition, he served as an Ambassador for the local El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and on the leadership team for ELDO Young Professionals in El Dorado Hills from 2018-2021.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, their children, Tanner and Harper, and their two dogs, Jake and Meatball. They enjoy hiking, spending time at the lake, mountain biking and exercising.
